Technologies I. Student's book
de María Dolores González Martínez (Escritor), Alfredo Perucha Sanz (Escritor), Fernando Toda Iglesia (Traductor), Daniel Peter Linder Molin (Traductor)
Technoligies I is a project conceived for centres that teach Technologíes in English to students either in First or Second course of ESO.
The contents are explained in texts written in fairly simple language, yet using the technical terms and language needed to write about them in English, of course. There are many illustrations to make the text easier to understand together with a final glossary that will help the student to memorize the main concepts.
Each unit has a very simple structure to organize the contents: presentation of the contents in a thought-provoking way, an appropriate presentation of topics and subject content through concise, straightforward language with plenty of visual support, "Did you know" insertions with extra information, references to the ATI program with many amusing activities to practice at home, Summary section and, finally, a Self-assesment section of the unit.
The student's book is complemented with a Workbook and a complete sort of digital resources at our web page www. akaleducacion.com : ATI program, a sort of "virtual laboratory" which will help the student to understand better the main contents of the book, and digital activities to consolidate the contents at home through interesting activities.
